Shire Housing is a locally controlled housing association, with just less than 1000 properties within its ownership. Based in Cumnock the organisation has a wide range of housing located in fourteen different communities throughout East Ayrshire.
We are able to offer tenants a range of money advice services that include assistance with income maximisation, the completion of benefit applications and referrals to other agencies that offer assistance with issues such as fuel poverty.
The services that the Association provides to its tenants are of the highest quality and this has been recognised by the award of the Customer Service Excellence standard.
