Child Winter Heating Assistance from Social Security Scotland, an automatic annual payment where a child/young person is under 19 years old and has one of the ‘qualifying’ disability benefits-

  • Disability Living Allowance high rate care component
  • Personal Independence Payment enhanced daily living rate
  • Child Disability Payment high rate care component

They must be getting this on at least one day in the third full week of September.
