Information about this website
The East Ayrshire Money & Benefits Advice website is designed to be a one stop shop to assist you to access general information, advice and support for any issues that you may have concerning debts, money advice or benefit entitlement.
The website is hosted by East Ayrshire Council. All contact via this website will be received by the Councilís Financial Inclusion Team who will pass your enquiry onto the most suitable organisation
Whilst we try to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day we are not liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable for any period of time.
We do not warrant that this website is free from defects, viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive or that any defects and viruses that do arise will be corrected. We do not warrant that this website will be compatible with all or any hardware and software that you may use.
We do not control other websites linked to or from this website and we are not responsible for the contents of them, or any changes or updates to such websites. Further, we are not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any other websites.
Further the Council bears no responsibility or liability to the user of this website in respect of any advice given or information received from any third party organisation to which you are referred.

The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
